Desert Dove Veterinary Hospital is a small animal hospital offering a full range of services for dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, ferrets, and pocket pets (hamsters, guinea pigs, etc.). Our staff at Desert Dove Veterinary Hospital is focused on providing a comprehensive personalized family practice style of veterinary care for your pets. Services include general health care, diet consultation, vaccines, microchipping, X-rays, in-house laboratory tests, dental cleaning, spay/neuter and other surgical procedures.

The veterinary staff at Desert Dove Veterinary Hospital works under the supervision of Dr. Terri O’Rourke, a 1996 graduate of the Colorado State University, College of Veterinary Medicine. After receiving her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. O’Rourke worked as a relief veterinarian in clinics throughout Tucson. Dr. O'Rourke formed a successful mobile veterinary practice that provided care to clients in and around Tucson for over five years. Dr. O'Rourke expanded her practice by purchasing Amphi Pet Hospital (now named Desert Dove Veterinary Hospital) in September 2002. A recent addition to Dr. O'Rourke's family is her yellow lab Tia. Tia, born in August of 2008, comes to the family from Sundancer Labs.
